We will detail each of the key legal documents, terms, and conditions require extra attention, as well as what is standard in the market for similar types of investments so you care avoid unfair dealings. Your own lawyer will look to you for guidance on what to push back on. You'll learn the things that matter most and how to position and pre-negotiate so that the sellers don't even realize they're giving on a major investment point.

Module 6:  Funding, Closing, and Starting Your New Job

  • Here we shift our focus to wrap it all up and across the finish line. In this module, we provide details about wire transfers and protocols to ensure fraudsters stay out of the information flow, while preparing you for success on day one at your new job!
